Who We Are
Action Spirit is a small, tight knit group of coaches, choreographers, and athletes, (both collegiate and all-star) from across the country. Our staff’s diversity allows us to collaborate and give our customers the best creativity, technique training, and personality in the cheer world
today!

What We Do
Our number one priority at Action Spirit is safety and technique. We create a positive and fun atmosphere for your athletes to learn and grow in. Which is why we offer a 10 to 1, athlete to instructor ratio. Action Spirit provides two day skills camps for all ages and ability levels. Classes include Basic101 Stunt Class, where we go over basic grips, body positions, and drills that will propel your teams’ advanced stunting skills forward! Basic 102 stunt class picks up where 101 leaves off. Here we focus on the elite and level appropriate stunt elements. Other classes include ‘Flight School,’ which is our basket tech class, jumps, tumbling, dance, and pyramid class. Our creative stunt class offers creative mounts, dismounts, and transitions to really make your team’s stunt stand out!

The Action Spirit staff collaborates to give your team creative and fresh ideas for any team, at any level. Your creative stunt is created just for your team and will not be taught anywhere else.

*Note: We require a majority of teams’ participation at camp in order to receive a creative stunt.
