Meet the Team
We are pleased to introduce our talented team of Head Instructors.
Peyton Pierce
Head Instructor
Has been a Head Instructor for two years.
Has been an all-star cheerleader for the over 10 years in Louisiana.
Was a collegiate cheerleader for Navarro Community College and now attends Texas Tech University.
Has won multiple titles including NCA All-Star and Collegiate Championships, Cheersport Nationals, and the Majors.
Kasey Cloutier
Head Instructor
Former Coach & Athlete at East
Celebrity Elite.
Current Coach at Cheer Extreme Kernersville.
4x World Champion.
8x Summit Champion & 15x NCA Champion.
Action Spirit Staff 2024.
Certified Dental Assistant.
Mallorie Mullaney
Head Instructor
Former Captain of Louisville All Girl.
Former Coach & Athlete at East Celebrity Elite.
3x Collegiate National Champion with the University of Louisville .
3x World Champion with ECE & Gymtyme All Stars.
Master of Science in Sport Administration with a focus in Psychology.
Kylee Winnett
Head Instructor
Program Prep-Director and head coach for East Celebrity Elite.
Two time Worlds Silver Medalist. Cheered for East Celebrity Elite and Cheer Extreme Kernersville.
Established Middle School, High School, and Recreational cheer Choreographer for many programs in New England.
Loves to travel and spread her passion for cheerleading with athletes across the country.
Michael Gonzalez
Head Instructor
Currently the Program Director for Wylie Elite.
As an athlete, Michael has won 8 worlds medals and two Summit Varsity titles.
Has a strong background in dance and has won the Dance Worlds.
Favorite part of being at Action Spirit is working with so many amazing programs and sharing his love with the sport with the youth population.
Caleb Judice
Head Instructor
Has been part of the Action Spirit Family for 6 years.
Resides in San Antonio, Texas as one of the head coaches for Stars Vipers.
Fell in love with the sport as a young athlete and competed for 15 years.
Has earned multiple NCA and World Championship Titles.
Looks forward to spending his summer traveling the country and sharing his skill sets with his Action Family.

Head Instructor
From San Diego.
11 years on Action Spirit
Head Instructor for Action Spirit.
Two time NCA and World Champion with CheerForce Nfinity.
Coached at CheerForce San Diego for 10 years.
Elementary school teacher.
Kristy Von Runnen
Head Instructor
35 years in the industry.
NCA head instructor.
NCA College Staff.
NCA staffing director.
Owner of Wylie Elite.
Choreographer.
Co-founder and former VP of the American Cheerleader Association (ACA).
Choreographed segment in the Opening Ceremony for the Olympics in Atlanta Georgia.
